What is Keepwell?

A daily email newsletter for small business owners on keeping customers, winning repeat sales, and growing existing accounts, written from real account-management experience. "Keepwell" is a working name.

How do I subscribe?

Enter your email on the home page. The daily email itself is launching soon; we'll add you to the list when it starts.

How do I unsubscribe?

Every email will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

What do the playbooks and templates cost?

The first one, The Win-Back Kit, is $19 at launch (regular $27). The Renewal & Account-Save Playbook is $29 at launch (regular $39). More digital playbooks and templates are planned in the $19 to $99 range: churn-save scripts, follow-up email templates, renewal checklists, and upsell playbooks.

Is there a paid tier?

A premium tier of the newsletter is planned. Price and details aren't decided yet.

How do I pay?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, which processes the payment and handles sales tax. You'll see the final price, including any tax, before you pay.

Where is my download?

After you pay, Stripe takes you straight to your download page. Save the files to your computer or cloud drive right away so you always have them. If anything goes wrong, email thesememes+keepwell@mail.grokbot.com (or reply to your receipt).

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request one, email thesememes+keepwell@mail.grokbot.com (or reply to your receipt).

Do you offer sponsorships?
