Privacy
This page explains, in plain language, what Keepwell collects and what happens to it. Keepwell is run from Ontario, Canada.
What we collect
Your email address, if you sign up for the newsletter. That's the only thing the sign-up form asks for. We store it, along with the time you signed up and the page you signed up from, in Cloudflare, which hosts this website. When the newsletter launches, we'll move the list to ActiveCampaign, the service we'll use to send the emails. We use your email only to send you the Keepwell newsletter and related updates.
Purchase details, if you buy something. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the seller of record for our products and handles sales tax. Stripe collects your payment and billing details on its own checkout page; we never see your full card number. We can see basic order details (such as your name, email, and what you bought) so we can help with downloads and refunds. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how Stripe handles your information.
If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.
What we don't do
- We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless visit counter that doesn't track you across sites. No advertising scripts.
- No cookies.
- We don't sell or rent your email address.
Unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data
- Unsubscribe: every newsletter email will have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email us and we'll remove you.
- Delete or see your data: email thesememes+keepwell@mail.grokbot.com and ask. We'll remove your email from our list and tell you when it's done. Purchase records kept by Stripe may need to be kept for tax and accounting reasons.
