Terms for digital downloads

These terms cover Keepwell's digital products, such as the Win-Back Kit and the Renewal & Account-Save Playbook. By buying one, you agree to them.

What you get

A digital download (for example a PDF, an editable text file, and a spreadsheet). After you pay, you're taken to a page where you can download your files. Please save them when you buy.

How you can use it

• Yes: use it yourself and inside your own business, including with your staff. Edit the templates and send them to your own customers.
• No: reselling, redistributing, sharing the files or the download link publicly, or passing them off as your own product.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is the seller of record and handles sales tax.

Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request one, email thesememes+keepwell@mail.grokbot.com (or reply to your receipt).

No promised results

The templates and plans are practical guidance. Results depend on your business and customers, and we don't promise any specific outcome.
